About our Exhibitor Packages
While most festival booths are only accessible from the front, many of our booths are accessible from at least three sides. We include a generous 4 or more feet of space between adjacent booths to maximize frontage available to attendees. Electrical power is not included with any booth, but can be ordered directly from The Dojo Cafe for an additional fee.
Booth occupies 11' by 11' floor space. Includes ONE 8' by 30" tables and two vendor badges.

Each exhibitor package contains a fixed number of exhibitor badges (see above). These badges grant the bearer access to the show venue during all pre- and post-show hours. We are unable to provide more exhibitor badges than are provided in each exhibitor package. Exhibitors may choose to purchase standard attendee badges at the time they pay for their exhibitor package. Contact the vendor coordinator for details.

The vendor area of the lot will be open to attendees from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Sunday. All vendors should be open for business during these hours.

Vendor Car and Truck Parking
SD Barber Festival has no parking spaces available for vendors for the run of the show (Sunday) in a the lot. Cars may drive on the lot to unload merchandise at the designated set up time.
Wifi Internet Access
There is no wifi internet access.
The exhibition space will be open for vendor setup or load-in during the following hours:
11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Sunday, August 25, 2019
Exhibitors may not set up the night before the show. The exhibition lot will open for exhibitors at 11:00 AM on Sunday, August 25th. All setup must be completed by the time the doors open at 12:30 PM.
All exhibitors must check in upon arrival to receive your table assignment and badges prior to unloading. If you have any questions about vendor setup, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only show staff and exhibitors will be permitted in the lot prior to 11:00 AM on Sunday when the event officially opens to pre sale ticket holders. Attendees who purchase tickets at the door will be permitted into the show at 1:00 PM.
Blocking visibility of other exhibitors with merchandise or signage is prohibited.
Important Note To All Vendors and Exhibitors
Vendors and exhibitors are required to be completely set up by 12:30 PM on Sunday afternoon.
It is unsafe for exhibitors to load in their booth after the doors have opened. If you absolutely can't be set up by 12:30 PM, please contact the San Diego Barber Festival staff ahead of time to work something out. We will do our best to accomodate you at our discretion. There will be no refunds for late or no-show vendors and we reserve the right to reallocate your space in the event of a no-show.

Massage, salons, clothing lines, accessories, shoes, medical, wellness, financial institutes, insurance, waxing, eyebrow threading, beauty school, talent agency, eyelash extensions, tanning, teeth whitening, hair extensions, makeup artist, health, fitness, nail tech and boutiques. Food vendors must have the proper licenses.
Vendors are encouraged to offer demonstrations, sell product and network with potential clients. Take advantage of this opportunity to meet new people and professionals in an exceptional and new creative way.
Waiver: The San Diego Barber Fest reserves the right to refuse any vendor application, should this occur the
fee will be refunded. The Vendor shall defend, save and hold harmless the City of San Diego, San Diego Barber
Fest, their respective officers, agents, board members, staff, volunteers, sponsors and assigns from any
claims, damages, losses, liability or expense which may arise, and shall not be held responsible for any
loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, acts of God, vandalism or any other loss or injury
whatsoever or not specifically described herein, whether past, present or future. Booths are not insured by
the City of San Diego, San Diego Barber Fest or any sponsoring agents. Exhibitors must make provisions for
safeguarding their goods. Exhibitor must have replacement cost insurance for all personal property.
Exhibitor assumes full liability for protecting, care and maintenance of exhibitor’s property. ANY VENDOR
NOT HOLDING VALID LIABILITY INSURANCE EXHIBITS AT THEIR OWN RISK AND ASSUMES ALL
